Our client based in Aldershot, Hampshire is looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis to join their established accounts team. This is an exciting time to be joining this growing business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support the team with processing Purchase ledger and expenses transactions
  • Maintenance of current expenses software and leading the migration to a new system
  • Reviewing expense claims against Expense Policy, setting up bank payments and dealing with expense queries
  • Complete month end tasks within the deadlines and assist team with Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Resolution of queries and ad-hoc duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar environment and will possess strong Accounts Payable experience. You will also be able to work alone and to prioritise your workload.
