An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an exceptional business based in Bournemouth, Dorset. Due to expansion within the business they have a requirement for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their existing finance function on a permanent basis.
Reporting into a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for this busy purchase ledger function and have ownership of your own work. This is a varied role with additional duties including expenses and petty cash, proactively resolving queries with suppliers over the phone and via email and ad hoc projects as and when the business needed. You will be joining a team of five, some long standing members of the team will be able to offer valuable advice and insight into the business as this is a role where you will have the opportunity to stay long term and become a valued part of a successful company.
You will have a proven track record in working in a purchase ledger environment, be adept at using accountancy systems and be confident communicating with internal team and external customers and suppliers.
