CMA is working with an exciting client who is based just outside of Basingstoke, Hampshire is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator on a 3-month contract due to an increase in work load.

Your main responsibilities will include -

  • Input invoices from suppliers onto system
  • Code invoices
  • Deal with problem accounts and resolve queries
  • Reconcile and agree supplier statements
  • Organise payments to suppliers
  • Ensure suppliers are paid within agreed terms

The ideal candidate will be immediately available to start and able to commit to at least 3 months. You will have excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with internal steak holders and external contacts. Your skills will also include strong knowledge of accounts payable and ideally our client is also looking for someone who has experience of using SAP.

The company is offering a fantastic working environment and an opportunity to extend over the 3-month contract term.
