CMA Recruitment Group are working with a growing SME based in Fareham, Hampshire, to help them recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a permanent basis.

What will the role involve?

  • Process purchase ledger invoices
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders
  • Dealing with payment queries
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Managing employee expenses
  • Ad hoc duties as requested by the Manager.

Suitable Candidate:

  • Experienced Accounts Assistant/ Purchase Ledger Clerk that is comfortable being solely responsible for the purchase ledger function
  • Experience of Navision is advantageous.
