CMA is partnering with a well-established business based in Chandlers Ford to assist with the recruitment of a Purchase Ledger on a temporary basis. The role is ongoing and will last for a minimum of 4 weeks.

What will the role involve?

  • Assist with the monitoring and printing of the purchase ledger email inbox;
  • Data inputting of supplier invoices;
  • Assist with the removal of any invoices from the system;
  • Filing;
  • Assisting with chasing all cheques;
  • Logging all BACS received onto the appropriate spread sheet;
  • Assisting with write offs;
  • Assisting in getting payments authorised;
  • Dealing with internal and external queries.

Suitable Candidate:

  • Good communicator;
  • Team player;
  • Good listener;
  • Experience of working in a finance team.
