CMA Recruitment Group has been approached in the recruitment of a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary to permanent basis for a highly regarded, established market leader in their field and based on the outskirts of Chichester, West Sussex.
This is a key role that is based in medium sized, friendly team where your responsibilities will include:
*Performing and reporting accounts payable departmental KPI's;
*Entering high volume supplier invoices and process debit and credit notes;
*Managing payment runs and arranging for suppliers to be paid within set timescales;
*Dealing with and resolving queries and ensuring that supplier accounts are updated;
*Ad hoc finance duties as required by the finance manager.
The ideal applicant will possess strong purchase ledger experience and will have an excellent track record in providing excellent customer service to suppliers as well as working well under pressure.
