CMA Recruitment Group are partnering with a manufacturing organisation based in Littlehampton, West Sussex to recruit a Purchase ledger clerk to join the team on a temporary basis.
You will be responsible for helping assist the finance team in a range of duties but also working closely with the purchase ledger supervisor. Your responsibilities will include:
*Ensure purchase invoices are coded and entered into the finance system;
*Work diligently to reduce backlog within team;
*Complete monthly statement reconciliation;
*Ensure all prepayments and accruals are recorded;
*Other ad hoc finance duties.
The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will have previous experience working in a high volume, fast paced Purchase Ledger function. If you have experience within Access Dimension it will be a benefit.
