Our client, a well-established company based in central Bournemouth, Dorset are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join their growing and dynamic team. Currently looking for someone who is available at short notice and able to start on a temporary to permanent basis. This opportunity is paying up to £30,000 per annum.
Reporting into the Head of Department, you will be overseeing all purchase ledger activities whilst having a small team reporting into you. Day to day you will be responsible for the efficient running of this area of the function, this will mean you are assessing team KPIs and ensuring any performance issues are addressed. This is a crucial role for the business and will ensure all at times that the company reputation with suppliers is constantly maintained.
To be considered for this position, the successful candidate will need to be able to evidence a thorough knowledge of the end-to-end purchase ledger processes, be adept at using accounting systems and Excel. You will be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile as well as wanting to be a part of a highly successful large organisation. Previous experience managing a small team is highly advantageous.
