Rewards Manager

CMA Recruitment Group has been requested to source an EMEA Rewards Manager for a global business based in the Portsmouth area and they are seeking a tenacious individual to join their existing team. This is a key role for someone that has a proven work history of delivering compensations and benefits for an EMEA region.

What will the role involve?

• Delivery of regional programmes, and seek operational efficiencies in line with global reward strategies
• Drive local programme cost optimisation and manage financing
• Engage with HRBPs, employee relations, and local management on regional rewards items
• Implement and roll out communication and education of local programmes/policies
• Address regional audit, reporting requirements, and compliance.

Suitable Candidate:

• Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior management
• A thinker that is not afraid to challenge the norms and determine what is best for colleagues and the organisation
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide guidance using data on compensation, benefits and well-being issues
• Experience working within a global team.
