CMA HR Division is delighted to be working exclusively with a global business to appoint an Interim Senior HR Business Partner to assist the Head of HR for an initial 6 month interim period.
The current team has reorganised and the HR Director is looking for a commercial partner who can join their team to assist with the BAU operational tasks as well as wellbeing and engagement.

Suitable Candidate for the Senior HR Business Partner vacancy:

  • Hands on day to day operational HR tasks, proactively supporting the delivery of HR Processes
  • Drive the performance and talent agenda, building succession plans
  • Coaching leaders to recognise wellbeing concerns and area of performance that need improvement
  • Continuous coaching of line managers to improve business performance specifically around engagement
  • Ad hoc projects to support the senior team and drive the people plan

Suitable Candidate for the Senior HR Business Partner:

  • The business is looking for an experienced generalist HR Business Partner who is confident in driving people and commercially aware in a growing business
