CMA Recruitment Group are working with a successful organisation based in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire, to help them recruit an Accounts Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis.
Reporting into the Finance Manager the roll will involve:
• Coding and inputting purchase ledger invoices;
• Book keeping on Sage;
• Processing expenses;
• Approving invoices for payments;
• Dealing with supplier queries;
• Supplier statement reconciliation;
• Bank reconciliation;
• Chase monthly invoices
• Post daily payments into the bank
• Deal with customer sales ledger account queries
• General administration and reception duties (where required);
• Ad hoc duties as requested by the Manager.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience within accounts and be accustom to the purchase ledger and credit control process. This role is a dual accounts role so our client is looking for someone that is flexible and happy to be hands on where required, working across a multitude of tasks.
