With their central Bournemouth, Dorset based head office, our client, a rapidly growing UK based company who are renowned for their luxurious products is currently working exclusively with CMA Recruitment Group to recruit for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team, on a temporary and ongoing basis.
Taking on the role of Purchase Ledger Clerk, the successful candidate will report into the Purchase Ledger Supervisor. Your main responsibilities will be matching and coding supplier invoices, running BACS payments, bank reconciliations and reconciling statements; as well as calculating out VAT payments. You will be able to provide a professional and efficient service, monitoring how much is owed at all times and provide accurate financial information to Managers as requested.
With strong communication skills, a self-disciplined and flexible nature, the ideal applicant will also be IT literate and have previous experience with Excel and Sage, as well as a proven ability to remain composed whilst working to deadlines within a busy and high volume environment.
As you progress well in your role, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in-line with your demonstrated skillset.
