CMA is delighted to be working exclusively with a prestigious Winchester based client to recruit a Purchase Ledger on a temporary basis to cover a period of sickness. It is likely the role will last 4-6 weeks.

You will be joining a friendly and proactive team who all take great pride in their work.

Duties will include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the day to day running of the purchase ledger;
  • Ensuring that all invoices are coded for payment, including authorisation;
  • Processing all invoices;
  • Payment runs;
  • Supplier statements and reconciliations;
  • Query resolution;
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations.
