CMA is partnering with a growing business based in the Chandlers Ford area of Southampton who are well-known in the local market. The business is looking to recruit 2 Senior AP clerks primarily focusing on the implementing good processing functions on a temporary basis with the assignment envisaged to last for a period of 8 - 12 weeks.

What will the role involve?

  • Allocating payments;
  • Resolving queries;
  • Supplier reconciliation;
  • Bank reconciliations;
  • Invoice processing;
  • Investigating VAT discrepancies;
  • Ability to highlight errors and liaise with senior members of the team to resolve;
  • Ad hoc duties as required by the wider team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience of Dynamics 365 would be advantageous;
  • Extensive accounts payable knowledge;
  • Confident personality;
  • Strong communication skills.
