CMA Recruitment Group is proud to be representing a well-known corporate organisation in the Fareham area with the recruitment of a Payroll Manager on a 12-month interim basis.
This is a pivotal role within the function leading the Payroll Service and Technical teams responsible for delivering an outstanding payroll service to the business. The role will lead the day to day operations of the Payroll function and review payroll processes to ensure efficiencies and improve performance.

Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally CIPP qualified with previous experience of managing payroll teams and promoting continuous process improvement.
Candidates who are not qualified or do not have the required management experience may still be considered if they have a strong technical understanding payroll as this knowledge can be used to improve processes across the function whilst other managers take on elements of the responsibility for managing the team.
