Adam Rich

Senior HR Consultant

Adam joined the CMA HR division in early 2018 and specialises in supporting clients and candidates with roles up to HR Director on both a permanent and interim basis.

Having recruited exclusively in the HR market since 2014 Adam has developed an extensive network, and a reputation for providing an exceptional service to all stakeholders. His approach to recruitment is centered around crreating and sustaining long-term relationships, in which a second to none candidate and client experience throughout the entire recruitment process is key.

Outside of work Adam has a passion for road cycling and has completed a number of endurance events for a number of charitable causes.
