She has 18 years’ experience in analysing economies and markets, having begun her career specialising in emerging markets in London, before joining HSBC in Dubai to cover 14 Middle Eastern and North African economies. She transferred to HSBC’s European team in London in 2014, and has taken the lead on the team’s coverage of the UK economy since 2016, navigating everything from Brexit to Budgets to the Bank of England.
