I decided that I needed a new challenge in my accountancy career so I reached out to Jack who promptly took my details and before I knew it we were having a zoom meeting to discuss my options. Rachel Amaning listened to what I wanted out of my next role and found a small number of opportunities that fit well. I can highly recommend CMA as a recruitment agency, especially Declan Hartigan. I reactivated my account with them in December as my previous FTC was coming to an end, and I made a good connection with Declan. After the Christmas break, he reached out to me on a Friday evening with an opportunity to interview on the following Monday. I was offered the role on Tuesday. This was for an international company who were not advertising their positions, but instead relying on CMW to recruit for them.Declan has been thoroughly professional throughout the process and has kept in touch with me after the move to ensure that I was still confident that I had made the correct decision (I have).Thanks for all of the support.

Danielle spent the time to get to know me, what sort of role I was coming from and what I wanted from a new employer. After over 14 years with the same employer, I didn't think it was going to be an easy task. Everything was taken into consideration, from salary to progression prospects, right down to travel time and the home life balance I was so desperate for.A role came up that was ideal for me and Danielle put it straight my way. She helped me through any concerns I had, put my mind at ease and made me believe in myself and my worth.She even helped me through the process of leaving my current employment and the issues that were arising from that situation.Now I am in a job that I am extremely happy with, I work with wonderful people and my home work balance is amazing.She saw me as a person with my own individual needs, not just a case that needed to be dealt with and put away.
