Initially we will meet our clients face-to-face, to best understand key business objectives, role specifics and cultural fit, also advising on market conditions and remuneration levels.
Post-meeting we will engage our extensive online and social media presence, as well as our comprehensive in-house database to identify suitable candidates. Most importantly, we will utilise our long-standing business relationships to select not only the best candidates on the market but the best candidates in the market matching your specific HR criteria.
