Assistant Management Accountant

CMA is delighted to be partnered with a growing technology business in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Due to progression within the team an opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a vibrant finance team in a career enhancing position.  The role is initially offered on a temporary basis with a view to become permanent. 

What will the Assistant Management Accountant role involve?

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Day to day invoice processing, bank reconciliations, VAT returns.
• Monitoring cash flows.
• Assisting with the production of revenue collections.
• Liaising with external auditors, tax advisors and accountants.

Suitable Candidate for the Assistant Management Accountant vacancy:

• ACCA/CIMA studier up to part qualified OR an AAT finalist or qualified. 
• Strong IT skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to ask questions.
• Proven to working within tight deadlines.
• Due to office location a driving licence is desirable.
