Financial Accountant

CMA Recruitment Group is partnering exclusively with a rapidly growing organisation based in Bournemouth, Dorset, who are looking to recruit a Financial Accountant to join their dynamic finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join this business and play a crucial role within this corporate business environment, you will be reporting into the Financial Controller but have exposure at Director level with key decision-making responsibilities.

What will the Financial Accountant role involve?

• Ownership of financial reporting for multiple entities;
• Statutory accounts preparation in accordance with IFRS/FRS;
• Production of management accounts for Group;
• Liaising with cross functional teams including FP&A to support future forecasts.
• Responsible for technical accounting projects within the business;
• Preparation and liaison for audit.

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Accountant role:

• The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified and looking for first corporate industry role;
• Strong technical knowledge and training in audit from a large firm is highly advantageous;
• Confident system skills including Excel to an upper intermediate level;
• Driven with the desire to work in a fast-paced organisation with career progression.

Additional benefits and information for the role of Financial Accountant:

• Paying a salary range of £45,000 to £55,000 with an annual bonus and excellent range of benefits;
• Hybrid working model, three days in the office and two from home;
