What will the Financial Controller role involve?

  • Leading the financial operations, ensuring robust controls, compliance, and accurate reporting
  • Developing and maintaining financial systems, policies, and processes to support efficiency and compliance
  • Providing strategic financial insights to inform business decisions and drive performance
  • Managing cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes for sustained growth
  • Overseeing internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards

The ideal candidate for this vacancy will have:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant experience in financial management
  • Demonstrable expertise in financial reporting, controls, and team leadership
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively
  • Knowledge of professional services or similar sectors is desirable
  • Proven capability in leading process improvements and system implementations
