HR Administrator

CMA HR Division are currently assisting an organisation in Bournemouth, Dorset to recruit for a HR Administrator full time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the HR Manager the role is responsible for accurate and efficient administration support as well as ensuring seamless.

What will HR Administrator role involve?

• Provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the employment cycle.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused approach while interacting with staff from across the organisation.
• Demonstrate a personable, professional, and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and take initiative.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, experienced in HR administration and operations, and familiar with HRM systems, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong administrative HR background.
