HR, Health & Safety Coordinator

CMA are recruiting for a Health and Safety, Environmental Co-ordinator within the HR team for our client in Havant. This is a full-time permanent position for a driven candidate to thrive and grow. As a specialist you will be responsible for maintaining the compliance and internal policy and procedures. You will be responsible for supporting the Quality Strategy and working with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory risk.

What will the HR, Health & Safety Coordinator role involve?

• Develop and implement compliance programmes and policies.
• Ensure the company has internal controls that adequately measure and manage risk
• Develop and update the health, safety and environmental policies to ensure business compliance.
• Design and deliver EHS Training to staff at all levels.
• Communicate the company’s key ethical principles, regulatory changes, and compliance regulations.

Suitable Candidate for the HR, Health & Safety Coordinator vacancy:

• NEBOSH or IOSH certificate of equivalent NVQ LV3
• Have a good understanding of a regulated environment.
• 1-2 years’ experience within a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Data Analysis
• Excellent people skills and attention to detail
