CMA Recruitment Group is working with a reputable brand with award winning culture to recruit a HR Manager to head up their Employee Relations team on a permanent basis, based at their Southampton office in Hampshire.
This role will be pivotal in managing the large Employee Relations HR Team working closely with senior stakeholders both UK based and internationally to ensure the business is supported across all aspects of the employee lifecycle

What will the HR Employee Relations Manager role involve?

  • Provision of professional, comprehensive, business focused and timely employee relations advice and support to managers in relation to individual cases and organisational change management activity;
  • Provide effective risk management strategies that balance effective outcomes for the business;
  • Lead representative on behalf of the business in Employment Tribunals and in working with other organisations such as ACAS;
  • Manage the large Employee relations team and provide opportunities for individuals within the team to develop personally and professionally aligning where possible to career aspirations;
  • Support the Director, People Services when working with Legal Counsel, collaborating effectively to align and deliver on key employment strategies as appropriate.

Suitable Candidate for the HR Manager Employee Relations vacancy:

  • Fully CIPD Qualified with extensive knowledge of Employment law and evidence of using this across multiple cases;
  • Experience of managing a Large Team focused on Employee relations;
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders to include executive level.
