Junior Finance Business Partner

CMA Recruitment Group is excited to be working with our client based in Weymouth, Dorset to assist them with the recruitment for a Junior Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

You will be reporting to Finance Manager taking ownership of month end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. As well as collaborating with other parts of the business to provide insight of risks and other impacts.

What will the Junior Finance Business Partner role involve?:

• Production of monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts

• Provide variance analysis with full commentary

• Relaying financial information to non-finance departments
• Assist with other accounts preparation tasks and ad hoc projects. 

Suitable Candidate for the Junior Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• Ideally studying towards CIMA/ACCA qualifications or qualified by experience
• Proficient user of Excel
• A confident communicator who will question why and explain why to non-finance individuals
• Exposure to management accounts and can provide full commentary to senior management
• Previous experience of ERP systems is desirable
