CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be working in partnership with Radian Group to secure a Director of HR and Organisational Development to lead the people function in the newly formed organisation post-merger of Radian and Yarlington.

What will the role involve?

  • Develop a clear people strategy aligned to the new organisations ambition corporate strategy
  • Deliver strategic, performance driven, innovative leadership across the business
  • Lead and manage the HR team in line with company values and behaviours
  • Lead on people, culture and OD strategy for the organisation and ensure its effective delivery
  • In addition, encourage a visible and active commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion and making sure the organisation is compliant with regulations and legislation.

Suitable Candidate

  • Have experience in leading a large HR team within a complex growing environment
  • Have experience of leading a large scale M&A integration or joint venture partnership from start to finish
  • Housing sector experience at senior level is desirable but not a necessity. It is expected that you will have the drive, energy and desire to add value to the senior leadership team with the ability to lead change across the organisation.
