HR Advisor

Working within a supportive and collaborative HR team, you will play a key role in delivering a professional HR service across the business. The position offers broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, providing both operational and project-based HR experience within a growing organisation committed to employee engagement, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.

What will the HR Advisor role involve?

• Acting as a first point of contact for managers and employees, providing advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
• Supporting employee relations matters, including absence management, performance management, investigations, and wellbeing initiatives
• Analysing HR data and producing reports to help identify trends and support business decision-making
• Assisting HR Business Partners with a range of people-focused activities, including employee engagement, organisational initiatives, and process improvements
• Supporting diversity, equity and inclusion programmes and wider HR projects across the business
• Contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience, reducing turnover, and promoting a positive workplace culture

Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:

• CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards completion
• Previous experience within a HR Advisor or HR Generalist role
• A sound understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
• Experience of supporting employee relations and performance management processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present HR data effectively
• Proactive and adaptable approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience using HRIS systems and maintaining employee data in line with GDPR requirements
