What will the Management Accountant role involve?

• Managing your own portfolio of clients and acting as a trusted finance partner
• Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts with meaningful analysis and commentary
• Producing budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections to support business decision-making
• Supporting clients with cloud accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks and Sage
• Reviewing financial processes and identifying efficiencies and improvements
• Delivering insightful financial information and practical commercial advice
• Assisting with KPI reporting and outsourced finance support services
• Building strong client relationships and becoming a valued extension of their business

Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:

• Experience working within an accountancy practice environment
• AAT, ACCA or ACA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience
• Strong management accounts and client-facing experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Looking to develop into a leadership or management position in the near future
