What will the Senior Finance Manager role involve?

• Providing strategic leadership for finance functions across UK and international operations, ensuring robust financial control and commercial insights
• Overseeing month-end processes, management reporting, and budgeting to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Building strong relationships with operational teams and senior management to enable effective financial strategic decision making
• Driving process improvements and implementing best practices across financial reporting, control, and compliance
• Supporting business growth through insightful analysis of profitability, cost management and investment opportunities

Suitable Candidate for the Senior Finance Manager vacancy:

• Qualified accountant with substantial post-qualification experience in finance management or senior accounting roles
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and experience managing finance teams with a focus on development and review
• Proven ability to deliver accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in complex, multi-site environments
• Commercially aware, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate financial data into actionable insights
• Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools, with a good understanding of management accounting principles
