Client Manager

What will the Client Manager role involve?

• Taking overall ownership of a portfolio of approximately 50 SME limited company clients, developing trusted and long-lasting relationships
• Coordinating work completed by preparatory staff and outsourced bookkeeping teams to ensure an efficient and consistent service
• Reviewing and finalising accounts and related work, maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality
• Managing deadlines and overseeing the complete delivery cycle for your clients, giving you genuine ownership of the portfolio
• Providing a responsive and professional service while becoming a trusted point of contact for clients and their wider business needs

Suitable Candidate for the Client Manager vacancy:

• Strong experience managing a portfolio of SME clients within an accountancy practice
• Confident reviewing work, delegating effectively and maintaining consistently high standards
• Comfortable taking ownership of end-to-end client delivery while managing competing deadlines
• A confident communicator with a client-focused, commercially aware approach and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Professionally qualified or able to demonstrate substantial relevant practice experience, with the ambition to continue progressing your career
