 Search Parameters
The key challenge was to identify high calibre individuals within the audit specialism within a timeframe that would enable the business to maintain their high standards; with the challenging nature of this specialism, and after assessing the market CMA embarked on speculative search partnering with Menzies to ensure that we had adequate time to undertake a proactive search to provide suitable candidates prior to the vacancies becoming business critical. This enabled CMA to provide suitable candidates in a timely manner.
