As an Accounts Assistant, you will be an integral part of the finance team, supporting essential processes that underpin the company’s operations. What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
- Managing accurate processing of customer invoices and associated reconciliations
- Processing and allocating customer receipts and handling month-end tasks
- Supporting with ad hoc tasks such as journal entries and financial analysis
- Assisting in resolving invoice or query-related issues with internal teams and customers
- Collaborating on process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail, committed to providing excellent stakeholder support
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in transactional finance or related roles
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and adaptable mindset
