Accounts Receivable

CMA is supporting an established business in Portsmouth with the appointment of a part-time Accounts Receivable professional. Working 25 hours per week, this role offers flexibility around working days and hours, along with the opportunity to contribute to the smooth financial and front-of-house operation of the business. 

What will the Accounts Receivable role involve?

• Supporting the effective management of incoming customer payments and receivables activity
• Helping maintain accurate financial records and ensuring transactions are processed promptly
• Assisting with queries and providing a professional point of contact when required
• Providing reception cover during lunch periods, supporting the day-to-day running of the office
• Working flexibly across an agreed 25-hour schedule

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Receivable vacancy:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, credit control or a similar finance position
• Confident handling financial information with a careful and organised approach
• Professional communication skills, with the ability to support both finance and reception activities
• Reliable, adaptable and comfortable working independently within a part-time arrangement
