Credit Control

What will the Credit Control role involve?

• Managing the end-to-end debt recovery process, ensuring timely collection of income 
• Analysing aged debt reports 
• Overseeing invoicing procedures, confirming billing accuracy, and resolving customer account queries 
• Preparing reconciliations

Suitable Candidate for the Credit Control vacancy:

• At least two years’ relevant experience in credit control, debt management, or accounts receivable
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and produce accurate reports
• Proven expertise in financial systems, particularly ledger applications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach to resolving sensitive issues
• Capable of working independently under pressure, prioritising tasks effectively, and demonstrating high attention to detail
