What will the Credit Controller role involve?

  • Building strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to manage debt collection efficiently while maintaining positive rapport
  • Coordinating debt recovery practices across multiple regions, aligning with regional procedures and supporting new office integrations
  • Reviewing debtor statements, identifying at-risk accounts early, and delivering proactive solutions to mitigate overdue payments
  • Managing accounts on hold, making informed decisions regarding their release to optimise cash flow
  • Contributing to the optimisation of debt management processes by providing process insights and supporting continuous improvements

Suitable Candidate for the Credit Controller vacancy:

  • Experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or debt management, preferably within manufacturing or multinational environments
  • Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with colleagues across different regions and departments
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle complex and varied processes
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, open-plan office environment and adapting to regional practices
  • Proactive, team-oriented approach with a drive for process excellence and learning
