What will the Credit Controller role involve?
- Managing and resolving sales ledger queries efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and accurate record-keeping
- Handling high volumes of communication with clients and external stakeholders via phone and email, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Reconciling customer statements and understanding payment patterns to prevent overdue debts.
- Raising invoices promptly while addressing billing disputes through negotiation and constructive communication
- Supporting team processes by providing ad-hoc reporting and assisting with internal financial activities, contributing to the organisation’s financial health
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Controller vacancy:
- Experience in credit control, with a focus on high transaction volumes
- Proven ability to work under pressure with excellent organisational and attention to detail skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and familiarity with financial systems
- Trustworthy and discrete, with excellent communication skills, capable of fostering positive relationships internally and externally
- Self-motivated team player with the initiative to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment
