Finance Business Partner

Multi-national Manufacturing Group based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, has an opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to undertake responsibility for supporting the business unit through the production of annual budgets and effective KPI’s.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the main responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will include:

• Financial forecasting, planning and risk assessment including preparation of annual budgets and monthly reforecasts
• Monitoring of budgets to ensure targets within the budget and business plan are adhered to
• Analysis of the P&L providing detailed variance and analysis and commentary, highlighting key financial risks and opportunities
• Provision of detailed analysis of KPI’s and margins across all product lines

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• Applicants for the Finance Business Partner position will hold a full accountancy qualification with a demonstrable track record of working successfully within a similar position
• Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical capabilities will be essential to undertake the role successfully
