Finance Business Partner

CMA Recruitment Group are supporting a highly successful, privately owned Business Services Group in Portsmouth, Hampshire with the appointment of a Finance Business Partner.  A newly created role to support ambitious growth plans, the opportunity offers a genuine opportunity to play a visible role in supporting commercial decision-making, operational performance and the development of new markets.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Partner with senior leaders to improve commercial performance and support strategic growth plans
• Identify opportunities to deliver meaningful cost savings and increase business value
• Develop and monitor relevant KPIs, helping stakeholders understand their impact
• Provide clear, commercially focused analysis to support effective decision-making

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• Experience in a commercial finance, business partnering or analytical role within a fast-paced business
• Commercially minded, with the ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations
• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
• Advanced Excel modelling skills will be essential and experience using Power BI would be advantageous
