Finance Manager

CMA's client is a rapidly expanding business who is looking to appoint a Finance Manager into an essential role. Reporting into the CFO, you will be in charge of running a finance function and ensuring the team are supported and driven forward.

Paying an excellent salary range of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum with a good range of benefits, this is an ideal role for an existing Finance Manager looking to work for a larger and growing business with great long term career prospects.

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

• Team of 6 reports covering transactional finance and payroll;
• Responsible for month end processes, ensuring month end is closed efficiently;
• Financial accounts and management accounts production;
• Accounting for a multiple entity environment, journal postings and intercompany accounts;
• KPI analysis and attending senior management meetings to provide meaningful insight.
• Occasional travel to various sites to business partner with regional management teams.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• Ideally you will be ACCA/CIMA qualified or have the relevant practical experience;
• People management experience and ability to drive a team forward, getting the most from the department;
• A detailed understanding of month end, year end and audit processes;
• Healthcare industry sector experience is advantageous although not essential;
• Keenness to be part of a growing business with current expansion plans.
