Finance Manager

CMA are partnering with a local organisation who is going through a period of growth to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. The Finance Manager will take ownership of all finance within the business including production of management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and ad- hoc reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to join a growing business and help drive them forward.

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

• Take ownership of the production of management accounts including commentary;
• Business partnering with internal stakeholders including taking ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process;
• Assist with the production of the statutory accounts and lead on the annual audit;
• Management of the finance team as it grows over time;
• Ad hoc reporting as required.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified but would consider QBE;
• Strong communication skills including excellent stakeholder engagement;
• Previous experience in a fast paced SME environment is preferred.
