What will the FP&A Manager role involve?

• Lead all budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning activities
• Develop robust financial models to evaluate performance, profitability, and investment decisions
• Deliver clear commercial insight and analysis to inform key business decisions
• Own KPIs and reporting tools to monitor financial performance
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable financial insights

Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Manager vacancy:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with relevant post-qualification experience
• Background in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and modelling
• Able to partner with key stakeholders and influence at senior level
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
