What will the Head of HR Business Partnering role involve?
· Leading and shaping the HR business partnering function to deliver value-driven support to managers and leadership across the organisation
· Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations cases and ensuring consistent, compliant resolution of issues
· Collaborating with leaders on organisational change, workforce planning, and talent development strategies to support business growth
· Driving leadership development programmes and succession planning initiatives that prepare high-potential employees for future roles
· Supporting organisational improvements through data-driven insights, employee engagement activity, and cultural initiatives
Suitable Candidate for the Head of HR Business Partnering vacancy:
· Possesses at least 10 years’ HR experience, including senior HR business partnering in a fast-paced environment
· Demonstrates strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
· Has experience managing and developing HR teams, with a focus on organisational culture and change management
· Holds excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels
· Is CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with a track record of delivering strategic HR initiatives
