What will the FP&A Manager role involve?

• Leading comprehensive financial planning and analysis initiatives to support strategic growth objectives, ensuring alignment across teams and functions.
• Managing the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modelling processes, with a focus on delivering insights that drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborating across departments to develop sophisticated financial models, including sensitivity and scenario analyses, supporting informed decision-making.
• Partnering with senior management to translate financial data into clear, actionable reports and presentations, facilitating strategic discussions.
• Driving continuous improvement in financial processes, automation, and reporting tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.

Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Manager vacancy:

• CIMA/ACA OR ACCA qualified with a proven track record in FP&A and business partnering, ideally within the technology sector or fast-paced growth environments.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to develop complex financial models and perform scenario analyses confidently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of conveying complex financial data clearly to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, mentoring junior staff, and managing cross-functional projects.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
