Management Accountant

CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a PE backed technology business to recruit a Management Accountant.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional looking to take ownership of key reporting processes while working closely with senior leadership in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What will the Management Accountant role involve?

• Producing accurate monthly management accounts and supporting the delivery of consolidated financial reporting. 
• Preparing and posting journals, maintaining supporting schedules, and completing balance sheet reconciliations. 
• Taking responsibility for revenue and cost recognition processes, ensuring income and expenditure are accounted for in the correct reporting periods.
• Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts and supporting external audit requirements. 
• Supporting cash flow forecasting and providing meaningful analysis to aid decision-making. 

Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:

• CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Strong excel skills and knowledge of Xero is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with non-financial colleagues
• Self motivated individual with a can-do attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
