What will the Purchase Ledger Assistant role involve?
- Overseeing end-to-end invoice processing to ensure timeliness and accuracy, promoting efficient workflows
- Engaging with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and foster positive relationships
- Supporting ongoing process optimisation projects, including automation initiatives and workflow streamlining
Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger Assistant vacancy:
- Demonstrable experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable roles within fast-paced finance teams or corporate environments
- Sound understanding of financial controls, multi-entity operations, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to identify process improvements and support automation strategies
