About: Before moving into recruitment, Charlotte was a Financial Advisor where she also studied her CILEX in law. Charlotte worked for a large recruitment business working across business support roles, including HR, prior to joining CMA and specialising in this sector. Charlotte is conveniently located between Southampton and Portsmouth, ensuring she has a strong network in this territory

Interests: Horse Riding, Show Jumping, Paddleboarding and beach walks with her dogs
