About: Originally from Oxford, Declan completed a degree in sports psychology and initially began teaching physical education within local primary schools before being offered the opportunity to join a market leading estate agency. After 5 successful years, Declan relocated to Southampton in 2019 and took his first move into recruitment with a global business before moving to CMA in 2020.
