CMA shortlisted in Recruiter Awards

We’re delighted to have been shortlisted in the Recruiter Awards 2021 in no less than three categories.

CMA has been nominated as a contender for Best Professional Services Recruitment Agency, Most Effective Compliance Operation and Recruitment Agency of the Year – Small (20-49 employees).

These national awards showcase the UK’s very best recruitment talent so being selected for this industry-leading award is something we very proud of. It’s a testament to our amazing team and their hard work.

Best Professional Services Recruitment Agency

This category is open to all recruitment firms providing outstanding service through recruitment solutions to sectors such as accountancy, human resources and legal. The judges have said they are looking for agencies who add outstanding value to their business partnerships and relationships, not those who simply provide a solid professional service. They will also be recognising innovation, market insight and profitability. There are four other agencies competing in this category

Most Effective Compliance Operation

Compliance is always of utmost importance for us so it is gratifying to be shortlisted for this particular category. Especially at a time when compliance is increasingly important within the recruitment sector. The judges have said they are looking for evidence of the most effective compliance operation; a firm that sets the highest standards for compliance performance. We are up against just two other companies in this category.

Recruitment Agency of the Year – Small (20-49 employees)

We have tough competition in this category with 11 other agencies shortlisted. In selecting the winner, the judges have said they are looking for the agency with a stand-out business accomplishment, who can provide evidence of financial stability and profitability and of having enhanced the recruitment industry’s reputation in the UK business world.

The results will be announced on 23rd September at a gala dinner at JW Marriott, Grosvenor House on Park Lane, London. Fingers crossed, we can add to our Best Working Environment Award in the national Investing in Talent Awards.
