About: Ola holds a BSc in Criminology and has extensive experience in blue-collar construction recruitment. After spending seven years in her previous position, Ola has joined CMA to grow and build on her existing recruitment skills and experience with the move into the professional services sector. Ola believes her interpersonal skills and ability to provide immediate solutions, will allow her to successfully support both client and candidates with their temporary finance needs. Ola lives in Southampton with her partner and dog Loki.
